Signs and Symptoms
Uncomplicated high blood pressure usually occurs without any symptoms (silently) and so hypertension has been labeled "the silent killer."
Symptoms:
· Headache
· Dizziness
· Blurred vision
· Shortness of breath
· Confusion
· Ear noise or buzzing
· Irregular heartbeat
· Nosebleed
· Tiredness
Signs:
· High blood pressure( >140/>90)
· Examination of Retina of Eye may reveal various abnormalities which are known as Keith- Wagener retinal changes
